Lauren is a professional acting coach, client manager, performing artist and filmmaker with over twenty years of experience within multiple industries including: financial services, retail, telecommunications, legal tech, e-commerce, theatre, digital media, events and film. In 2016, Lauren was the Digital Video Production Manager for Pacific Magazines (Seven West Media) at the Sydney head office. She managed all the video content, end-to-end across the entire company catalog which included several big brands such as: Marie Claire, Women's Health, Girlfriend, Men's Health, Better Homes & Gardens; etc. Lauren also garnered success as an independent filmmaker with her feature film, "Dangerous Desires", which was accepted into film festivals in North America, receiving three nominations as well as an award for "Best International Feature Film" at the Illinois International Film Festival. "Dangerous Desires" also landed a distribution deal with Summer Hill Entertainment and made a splash within the Asian and European markets.

The people Lauren has tutored/directed have been accepted into reputable performing arts schools, have placed in acting competitions, have landed cruise liner contracts and have simply gained the confidence and skills to pursue their dreams. Now she wants to bring the invaluable skills she has fostered over the past two decades- to help businesses with their teams' focus, confidence, public speaking skills and above all: comaraderie! Which is the foundation for elevating the performance of any business.
